Kerri Hale

Kerri is part of Cisco Customer Solutions Marketing, where she drives product marketing for Cisco Crosswork Network Controller and Automated Assurance – part of the Crosswork Network Automation platform. Her career spans more than 15 years in technology, during which time she has contributed to the marketing of several pioneering technologies including Robotic Process Automation, Process Mining and ML/AI. More recently, Kerri has focused on automated lifecycle management and assurance. She has a passion for helping organizations simplify complex operations, focusing on customer pain points and the opportunities that innovative technology provides for driving outstanding digital experience. Kerri holds an MBA in Public Administration from Penn State, and a BA in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University. She is an avid reader and observer of how technology can be used to better human life and society.
