Kerri is part of Cisco's Provider Connectivity team, where she leads product marketing for the Cisco Crosswork Network Automation portfolio. With over 18 years of experience in the technology sector, she has been at the forefront of marketing pioneering solutions, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining, and advanced ML/AI. Currently, Kerri is focused on the evolution of AI, specifically helping organizations leverage Agentic AI to accelerate troubleshooting, reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR), and transform reactive operations into proactive, self-healing network environments. She is passionate about simplifying complex operations and unlocking the potential of innovative technology to deliver outstanding digital experiences. Kerri holds an MBA in Public Administration from Penn State and a BA in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University. Outside of work, she is an avid reader and a keen observer of how technology can be harnessed to improve human life and society.
